Experience with financial statement preparation, reconciliation and general Controller responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Banking experience helpful but not required.
Big 4 public accounting preferred.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for working closely with aviation mechanics and technicians to understand the documentation system and configuration management procedures presently used. Candidate will then be responsible for refining, developing, and maintaining the training, repair, and maintenance documentation and configuration management procedures to meet aviation industry standards. Support the complete workflow process to ensure successful completion of each revision cycle and distribution to technical publications. This includes support for various quality processes to ensure accuracy, ease of use and timely delivery of each revision cycle in the Technical Publication environment. The TW/CM must be able to work individually or with teams, with minimal supervision.

Consults with internal and external customers to identify current materials necessary to create/revise technical manuals to support the department/corporate operating priorities. Provide input to management on new processes or technology for design and integration into the Technical Publication process. Works with vendors to ensure their data can be incorporated into existing manuals and publications.
Conducts reviews and analyzes technical documents to gain a thorough understanding of how complex systems operate and how they are to be integrated into technical manuals to provide end users with text and graphics to support the efficient return to service of the aircraft system.
Works in a team environment ensuring all internal department workflows and business processes are followed for issues relating to producing and delivering technical publications to meet the end user's requirements.
Works in a team environment with internal/external customers in the development of specific project requirements of source data to ensure a seamless incorporation of new data in the publications environment.
Serves as lead with vendor’s Technical Operations departments, Production and/or Documentation Shops to ensure that contracted for system documentation is received and correctly integrated into corporate systems. Resolve discrepancies, through coordination of these activities.

The Configuration Management responsibility/function is responsible for ensuring that configuration items (CI) are correctly and consistently documented. Work with internal and external parties to ensure that CM industry practices are introduced and adhered to.

Analyzes proposed changes to aviation systems and sub-systems to determine feasibility and overall impact
Coordinates recording of modifications for management control.
Works with manufacturers and in-house experts to develop and implement change-reporting procedures.
Prepares standard operating procedures (SOP) for change approval and documentation by company personnel.
Considers direct and indirect costs, technical risks, schedules, and mission impact when reviewing proposed changes.
Confers with department managers to obtain additional information or to interpret policies and procedures for reporting changes in product design.
Reviews contractor's inspection or technical documents to verify compliance with contract requirements.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in English/Writing, Engineering, Aviation or relevant subject and at least two years of relevant technical work experience required.

Must have a minimum of two years in developing and maintaining aviation system documentation. Experience in UAV structures, preferably with General Atomic type aircraft, is of specific interest.
Must be proficient in computer use/skills.
Must have experience in Project Management methodology.
Knowledge of aircraft system methodology gained through practical experience and training.
Two years related experience, to include experience in using (SGML) editing systems or related software applications experience.
Strong technical writing and communications skill are required
Ability to read and interpret blueprint and Engineering Orders. Must have a good working knowledge of aircraft tools, test equipment, vendor coding, parts nomenclature, maintenance procedures, and of aircraft equipment and maintenance.
